Copyright & takedowns.

TuberHub respects the rights of creators. You keep full ownership of what you upload, and we act quickly on valid copyright reports.

Content ownership

You retain all copyright and ownership of the videos, images and messages you create on TuberHub. By uploading, you grant TuberHub a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit and display that content to other users as part of the service.

Report infringement

If you believe content on TuberHub infringes your copyright, send a takedown request that includes:

Your contact information

Name, email and postal address so we can reach you about your notice.

Identification of the work

Clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.

Exact URLs

The exact TuberHub URL(s) of the material you want reviewed.

Good-faith statement

A statement that the use is unauthorized and made without permission.

Accuracy statement

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate.

Your signature

Physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorised agent.

Send reports through our contact pagewith the subject "Copyright takedown", or email no-reply@tuberhub.com.

Takedown process

On receiving a valid notice we will expeditiously disable access to the reported material and notify the uploader. We aim to review reports within a few business days.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with the same level of detail. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original reporter files a court action. We may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant.

Repeat infringers

TuberHub terminates accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual-property rights, in accordance with applicable law.
