By accessing or using TuberHub you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use TuberHub. You may not transfer your account to another person without our permission.

3. Content & license

You own the content you upload and share. By uploading, you grant TuberHub a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, play, transmit and display it as part of the service. You must have the right to share anything you upload, and you are responsible for it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• Harass, abuse or harm other users, or invade their privacy.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the platform to distribute malware, spam or deceptive material.
• Misuse AI Studio to generate illegal or abusive content.

5. Privacy & encryption

Private messages are end-to-end encrypted in your browser; TuberHub cannot read their contents. We process only the data needed to run the service. See our Privacy Policy for the full details, including cookies and your rights.

6. Plans & billing

AI Studio offers free daily limits plus paid Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices and features are listed on our Pricing page. Taxes may apply based on your region.

7. Termination

You can stop using TuberHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, including repeat copyright infringement.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuberHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
