Privacy, by default.

Your private messages are end-to-end encrypted on your device. TuberHub cannot read them. Here is exactly what we do and don't collect.

Summary

The short version

We minimize data. Private chat content is encrypted before it leaves your device and is unreadable to us. Public content (videos, profiles) is processed to run the service. We do not sell your personal data.

What we collect

Account data

Email and basic profile to operate your account.

Public content

Videos, profiles and comments you choose to publish.

Usage data

Technical logs (device, approximate region) to keep the service running and secure.

Encryption keys

Public keys needed to deliver encrypted messages. Private keys never leave your device.

Encrypted private chats

Private messages use end-to-end encryption (ECDH P-256 key exchange + AES-GCM) performed in your browser with the Web Crypto API. The server stores and relays ciphertext only — it has no keys to decrypt your conversations. Not even TuberHub can read your private messages. Voice and video calls are similarly protected by the same encrypted channel.

AI Studio data

When you use AI Studio, the files you upload (audio, images, video) are sent to our AI providers (ElevenLabs, Groq, Fal.ai, Higgsfield) to generate results. Audio uploads are sent directly to object storage via a presigned link, then processed server-side. We keep results only as needed to show them to you, and we rate-limit usage per user and IP.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to measure aggregate, anonymous usage. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser settings. We do not use advertising trackers that follow you across the web.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact page or at no-reply@tuberhub.com.
